Work Permits

Student work permits are handled by the Braintree Public Schools Business Office, located at 348 Pond Street.  

All students must appear in person for their appointment
Please bring with you:

•  A Completed Work Permit Application Cover Form and the following sections completed:

  • MA Department of Labor Standard Form Promise of Employment signed/dated by the Employer

  • Physician's Certificate of Health signed/dated by physician (required for students 14yrs  or 15yrs only)

  • Parent/Guardian Signature

  • Student's Signature
